I joined Happen To Your Career as a Lead Coach, supporting professionals navigating career transitions and job searches. Over time, I was promoted to Director of Coaching, where I led and supported a distributed team of 10+ contracted coaches.
In this role, I strengthened internal coaching practices, supported coach development, and partnered with leadership to improve skill-building frameworks and overall coaching quality—ensuring a consistent, high-impact experience for clients during pivotal career transitions.
Learn Mindfully - Founder and Coach
I founded Learn Mindfully in 2022 as a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping leaders thrive from the inside out. Since launching, I’ve supported 500+ leaders through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and custom training experiences.
My approach blends the wisdom of head, heart, and body—integrating leadership development, nervous system awareness, and values-based decision-making—to help clients reshape how they relate to themselves, their careers, and their teams.
edX - Lead User Researcher
At edX, a global online learning platform serving 7M+ monthly learners, I built and led the user research function from the ground up. In addition to conducting research, I designed and delivered an enablement program that helped Product Managers, Product Designers, and Marketers apply user research best practices in their day-to-day work.
This work included facilitating workshops, creating research playbooks and templates, and establishing shared standards that increased research quality, consistency, and adoption across teams. In my first six months, I supported 4 business units and 12 agile teams, leading 40+ studies that informed product strategy, program design, and go-to-market decisions.
Pluralsight - Product Manager
At Pluralsight, a technology skills learning platform, I led the adaptive learning product Role IQ. I owned the product strategy from discovery through launch and scale, growing the product to 400,000 learners in market.
This work focused on helping individuals and organizations identify skill gaps and build targeted learning pathways aligned to real-world roles.
The Predictive Index - Learning Experience Designer
At The Predictive Index, I reimagined their in-person leadership development programs for virtual delivery, scaling learning experiences to 10,000+ customers and a 200+ partner network.
I also led the launch of PI’s product academy and onboarding experience, increasing product engagement by 75% year over year by making learning more accessible, practical, and behaviorally grounded.
